The Recovering Girlboss™ began as a reflective space exploring work, ambition and identity.

What started as honest observations about losing myself to my career slowly grew into a platform followed by millions of views, resonating with ambitious, sensitive women who recognised the tension between drive and depletion.

Today, it’s a place for Doing The Work. Not glorified hustle culture or excessive optimisation strategies, but the quieter work of noticing patterns, finding language for things that often go unnamed, and learning how to live inside ambition without overriding your nervous system or values.

I’ve collaborated with brands including Eucerin, Uniqlo, Profile Books, Bloom & Wild, Treatwell and Self Space on thoughtful, story led partnerships that align with this approach.

As a natural extension of this work, I’m currently training in Transformative Coaching with Animas, developing the professional language to hold these conversations with more depth and care. Over time, I hope this allows the platform to evolve even further. Watch this space.

Brand Partnerships

Editorially, I’m curious about who people are beyond their job titles. I love talking about work, but I’m more interested in what sits underneath it. The habits, boundaries, interests and inner work that help people stay themselves when the laptop closes or the cameras stop rolling.

There’s doing the work 💼 and then there’s doing the work 🧠. I’m fascinated by how each shapes the other.

Through The Recovering Girlboss™, I create conversations that go beyond surface level. From well known talent to everyday voices, my interviews explore ambition, identity, mental health, self worth and what balance and fulfilment actually look like in real life, not on a curated feed.

If you’d like The Recovering Girlboss™ to interview your talent, whether at a press junket, on a red carpet or live on stage, you can view the press pack below for more details.
